ABS or Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, is a common thermoplastic polymer that is made by polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of polybutadiene. This combination makes this plastic much stronger than other similar plastics and is great for gamma radiation.
ABS Conductive Anti-Static (ABS-CAS) plastic containers, made with with specialized material, have a surface resistivity between 10^3-10^6 ohms/square, with a static decay rate of charges on conductive vials between 5KV to 50V within 200 nanoseconds.
