All items are inspected for quality and accuracy when they leave our shipping dock. If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify ESD Plastic Containers.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify ESD Plastic Containers of the damaged goods within the first 10 days of receipt, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. We will review missing items claims made up to 10 days after the date that the shipment of the order in question is received.
If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please call to obtain an RMA number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging.

If you refuse, return, or exchange your order, a 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed along with all shipping charges.
Credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issued date.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
ESD Plastic Containers.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
