All orders are shipped out UPS or USPS, from our distribution center located at 12910 Old Virginia Rd. Suite 150 Reno, Nevada 89521. Larger orders may be shipped via common carrier and freight charges will be added to your order. Please call for details. Due to online system limitations ESDPlasticcontainers.com does not ship UPS collect using an account number that is not our own. UPS GROUND GROUND  Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. Orders placed on our site usually ship within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Most orders shipped via UPS arrive within 5-7 business days depending on the UPS shipment method selected. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 4-5 days you will be notified. A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the packages are returned to ESD PlasticContainers.com, a $15.00 fee per box will be applied to your credit card. If you would like the package to be re-sent, there will be an additional fee plus shipping costs. |
